3. Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Products

Certain products may be custom, personalized, or made specifically for you.

Once production has begun, custom and personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange, except where required by law or where the issue was caused by an error on our part.

4. Customer-Submitted Photos, Artwork, and Personalization Details

If you submit a photo, image, name, phrase, artwork, logo, design, or other material to AW Needlework Designs for a custom product, you represent and warrant that:

• The material does not infringe on the copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of another person or business.
  
  

• The material does not contain unlawful, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

5. Digital Products

Digital products may include downloadable files, printable guides, reference charts, paint-your-own instructions, needlepoint charts, digital designs, or other digital materials.

All digital products are for personal use only unless a separate commercial license is expressly stated in the product listing or provided in writing by AW Needlework Designs.

Finished stitched pieces made from physical canvases may be used for personal enjoyment, gifting, or display unless otherwise stated. Commercial resale of finished items based on our designs may require written permission.

You agree to promptly update your account, billing, shipping, and payment information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier. AW Needlework Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Personalized, custom, made-to-order, and digital products are generally final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges except where required by law or where the issue was caused by an error on our part.

For eligible non-custom physical products with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within the timeframe listed in our Return & Refund Policy.

Needlepoint, craft, and stitching products may require proper handling, storage, and care.

AW Needlework Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, improper stitching, incorrect materials, misuse, exposure to moisture, heat, pets, children, or other conditions outside of our control.
