Thank you for your interest in partnering with AW Needlework Designs.

We're honored to work with specialty needlepoint shops and carefully selected retail partners who share our passion for beautiful design, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer experiences. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with retailers who are excited to introduce thoughtfully designed needlepoint products to their customers.

The following guide outlines our wholesale policies and expectations so that we can provide a consistent, reliable experience for every retail partner. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to growing together.

Becoming a Wholesale Partner

Wholesale accounts are available to qualified retail businesses whose products, business practices, and customer experience align with the AW Needlework Designs brand.

All wholesale applications are personally reviewed.

Approval is not automatic and is granted at the discretion of AW Needlework Designs.

Applicants must provide current resale documentation as part of the approval process.

Ordering & Minimums

Opening Order
A minimum opening order of $250 is required for all new wholesale accounts.

Reorders
There is no minimum reorder requirement, allowing you to restock products as needed.

Pricing & Payment

Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to approved wholesale partners.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase using an accepted credit card through our wholesale portal.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Existing orders that have already been accepted will not be affected by future pricing changes.

Shipping & Lead Times

We begin preparing wholesale orders as quickly as possible after they are placed.

Current lead times are typically 15–20 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Many of our products are produced in small batches or made to order to ensure the quality our customers expect.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are the responsibility of the retailer.

Product Display & Brand Representation

We encourage our retail partners to present AW Needlework Designs products in a way that reflects the premium nature of our brand.

Approved retailers may use AW Needlework Designs product photography solely for the purpose of marketing and selling authorized AW Needlework Designs products.

Product descriptions and images may not be modified in a way that misrepresents our products or brand.

Marketplace Sales Policy

To protect both our brand and our retail partners, AW Needlework Designs products may not be sold through third-party marketplaces including, but not limited to:

  • Amazon
  • Etsy
  • Walmart Marketplace
  • eBay
  • Similar online marketplaces

Written approval from AW Needlework Designs is required before selling products through any third-party marketplace.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

To preserve the value of the AW Needlework Designs brand and support all of our retail partners, retailers may not advertise AW Needlework Designs products below the current Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) without prior written approval.

This policy applies to websites, email marketing, online advertising, social media promotions, and other publicly advertised pricing.

Intellectual Property

All AW Needlework Designs products, including but not limited to True Trace™ products, product designs, logos, trademarks, product photography, written product descriptions, marketing materials, and website content remain the intellectual property of AW Needlework Designs.

Wholesale approval grants retailers the right to purchase and resell authentic AW Needlework Designs products. It does not grant permission to reproduce, manufacture, distribute, modify, copy, reverse engineer, license, or create derivative works from any AW Needlework Designs intellectual property.

Manufacturing files, CAD files, STL files, design files, production files, and proprietary manufacturing information are not licensed or distributed.

Returns & Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise unless otherwise approved by AW Needlework Designs.

Order Cancellations

Because many wholesale products are produced specifically for each order, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun.
