Wholesale Questions

Do I need a resale certificate to apply?

Yes. We ask qualified retail businesses to provide current resale documentation as part of the application review process.

Does submitting an application mean I am approved?

No. All wholesale applications are reviewed individually, and submitting an application does not automatically provide wholesale access.

How will I know if my account is approved?

We’ll contact you by email after reviewing your application and documentation. Approved partners will receive instructions for accessing the wholesale portal.

Can I see wholesale pricing before approval?

Wholesale products and pricing are available only to approved wholesale partners after sign-in.

Can online-only retailers apply?

Yes, established online retailers may apply. Each application is reviewed individually.

Can I sell AW Needlework Designs products on marketplaces?

As stated in our wholesale partner guide with our wholesale terms:
To protect both our brand and our retail partners, AW Needlework Designs products may not be sold through third-party marketplaces including, but not limited to:

  • Amazon
  • Etsy
  • Walmart Marketplace
  • eBay
  • Similar online marketplaces

Written approval from AW Needlework Designs is required before selling products through any third-party marketplace.
